e-Mobility Cooperative is an organization created by companies that participate in the Cooperative to jointly produce e-mobility related products using the e-Mobility Cooperative’s infrastructure, participate in related R&D projects, share related information and cooperate, and pursue economic benefits through mutual assistance.
Registration Information
Procedure for Joining
- ◎ Target of Membership Registration
- For businesses and institutions related to e-mobility (various means of transportation powered by electricity, such as electric vehicles)
- Manufacturing of completed products and parts related to e-mobility, design business, software program business, technology assessment/testing/certification business, inspection and maintenance business, charging business, machinery and production equipment business related to the production of related products, e-commerce and sales business, import distribution business, all ancillary businesses related to the above businesses
- ◎ Joining as a Cooperative Company
- A company that agrees to the purpose of establishment of the e-Mobility Cooperative and intends to fulfill its duties as a member may become a member, and a company that falls under the above criteria and is recognized by the resolution of the Board of Directors that it is appropriate to use the e-Mobility Cooperative's business, joins the Cooperative after paying the prescribed amount of investment. It will have voting rights and dividend rights along with the right to use the e-Mobility Cooperative business.
- ◎ Joining as a Member Company
- A company that agrees to the purpose of establishment of the e-Mobility Cooperative and intends to fulfill its duties as a member may become a member, and a company that falls under the above criteria and is recognized by the resolution of the Board of Directors that it is appropriate to use the e-Mobility Cooperative's business, joins the Cooperative after paying the prescribed membership fee. If a company has the right to use the e-Mobility Cooperative business and 6 months have passed since joining, it will have the qualification to join the Cooperative. In case it wants to join, it must follow the procedure for joining as a cooperative company described above.
